Loved the complex and colorful patterns/prints in jackets, halter tops and pants. Giant hoop earrings gave these outfits a 60's yet modern, urban look. The long, structured black dress and the red one were stunning, but a delicate gold chain or strap was definitely needed to keep them on the shoulders. Matis' shows are always much anticipated with lots of ooh's and whispers both in the line-ups and at the shows.
Lucian titled this collection "Mosaic" as it is "inspired by the mosaics of Morocco in contrast with the transparency and neutrality of the papyrus."
