Another stunning collection by Lucian Matis. Lucian's collections continue to wow and dazzle more with every season we attend. This season, models wearing the same color and style of shoes draws much more attention to the clothes. The focus was on the prints and how they were combined and draped to attract the eye and flatter the figure. Reds and blacks were also fabulous, but I kept waiting for more and more of those patterns. If the weather was at all grey, the prints would lighten it up and provide all the hues of sun and blue sky. If the weather was hot and brilliant, the solids would rest the eye but also provide a strong statement that the best of times was here.
