Japan Fashion Week: Aguri Sagimori and Banal Chic Bizarre

Definitely sad I am missing Japan Fashion Week this year. One of the unique things about Japan is their presentation of invitations. Everything is still done in paper format and it was always exciting seeing what kind of invitations would come in the mail. Oh what fun! Thanks to Etsuko Meaux at Press PR2.

Aguri Sagimori

This year, Aguri Sagimori's show will be an installation along with cyber image film made in collaboration with Moto Sinabel, a creative director/photographer. The film was made in Paris and will be distributed on October 21st after the installation.

Banal Chic Bazarre

This season Banal Chic Bizarre will present their collection on October 19th and the women's collection on his website on October 16th. The designers, Shun Nakagawa and Ayano Ichige are 26 years old. Shun is also a publisher of the street culture magazine "root". The magazine represents young Japanese designers and street photography from Harajuku.
