I am so sad to be home in Toronto and back in the freezing cold! Oh well I can at least remember through the pictures I took! Here are a few pictures from Del Mar, a small beach near San Diego and of course, Hollywood! I loved all of the small beaches in San Diego. They were all very well kept, clean and had plenty to do. I was actually rather unimpressed with Santa Monica, which is just outside LA. It was cold, dirty and far too busy. Funny, I thought I would really love LA but it isn't all it's cracked up to be! Nevertheless we had a fantastic time at Universal Studios' City Walk for New Year's and enjoyed Rodeo Drive on New Year's Day (photos to follow).

The Hollywood sign is actually really hard to get to and far up in the hills. Kind of surprising!
