Project Runway Season Seven Finale!

I have fallen a little behind on the posting of Project
Runway! Nevertheless, here are my favorite looks
from the final show. Each designer presented ten
different looks in their collection. Seth Aaron, Emilio
and Mila competed in the final event.

Mila and Jay were at a tie before the finale, so they were
each allowed to create a full collection and then presented three
piecesto the judges. The judges chose Mila to present at fashion
week. I felt this was because she was more commercial and they
were unsure of what Jay would present. Perhaps he wasn"t
quite ready, but I think he would have put on a more interesting
show than Mila!

I was actually very impressed by all three designers' collections,
even Mila! They were all very polished and commercial...perhaps
a little too commercial. It was Seth Aaron who stole the show.
He actually created twenty-six looks for his collection, but
of course was only allowed to present ten. His collection included
jackets, belts, gloves and hats all in fabulously vibrant materials.
He definitely deserved the win! I can't wait to see his next collection!

Seth Aaron

Emilio

I was actually quite impressed with Emilio's
collection, but there wasn't any drama or
excitement. It was just a great collection
that would sell well in stores. He definitely
missed out on the show element. He will
do well in the fashion world though. He designs
beautiful clothes.

The most stunning gown of the evening!

Mila

Well, Mila actually impressed me. All of her
pieces tend to look the same, but these were
pretty great. One question the judges kept
coming back to though was, "What would
she do if she had to create six collections a year?"
It's all the same. People would get bored.
Nevertheless here are a few of my favorites
of the night! Who do you think deserved to win?!
