Next time you fly through Billy Bishop Airport, be sure to stop by the new WANT PASSPORT. You will find a beautiful boutique in the arrivals area and two kiosks in the departures lounge. Dexter and Byron Peart are the visionaries behind this luxury airport boutique concept and also behind the WANT Les Essentiels de la Vie line of leather goods and handbags, conceived in 2006. Together with co-founders Mark Wiltzer and Jacqueline Gelber, they created a line of premium, quality leather goods to house the "essential" professional and personal products for modern everyday life.
Co-designed by Dexter, Byron and interior designer Maria Rosa di loia, WANT PASSPORT features a range of the stunning WANT Les Essentiels de la Vie collection as well as highly curated selection of international fashion and design brands. It reminded me of visiting a boutique in Japan: elegant, sophisticated and beautifully displayed. The products are luxurious and perfect for a treat after a long business trip or for that special someone!
