DHL is a global shipping and logistics world wide company. DHL takes the fashions from the designers to the runway - safely, quickly and always ready for show time! It began in 1969 in Canada and ships to 220 places around the world. One of its targets is Speedy Precision, for sure. I talked with Nancy McMullen, Sr. Project Manager (New York, Miami, Toronto) and Hazel Valencia, National Marketing Manager (Product Promotion) who co-ordinated the fashion photography project this year as a way of familiarizing people with DHL's services and excellent quality of service. The fashion photography project is like the company: action packed, engaging and providing a truly top service.
Steve Carty, Photographer - Portraits, Lifestyle, Fashion and Beauty Motion, Understated Modern Iconic, has a fantastic eye and a brilliant way of inviting you in to have the best photographs ever! His welcoming smile and quick, gentle advice for poses, ensure that you are the camera's 'famous' subject! On opening night, Steve took 130 photos in the first three hours and everyone was a star. I overheard one woman say. "This is the first time I have ever been beautiful." We were all invited to add carefully chosen accessories: hats, scarves, jewelry as well as our own extras. Jacquelyn West, of Hermann & Audrey, was so enthusiastic and chose the best to make us look our best. Thanks to all for a wonderful project from a wonderful company!
