Twenty-two year old London based designer, Yvonne Lau, created a futuristic and risky collection for her graduation show! Her collection consisted of silver architectural alphabet pieces. It's great to see young designers pushing the envelope right at the beginning of their careers. She designs with the "strong and powerful women in mind." It's not really wearable but I just love the designs. Her looks could perhaps be modified a bit for sale? What do you think?
So, we went from pants that balloon at the hips like clowns to some kind of futuristic space tutu. O_O ?!?
I prefer to see more of a mix of pieces that at least could be adapted along with the concept pieces.
alas the short people would be completely covered by these outfits! Modify please.
I love Dazed and Confused magazine. Haven't seen it around for a while though.
