We then walked from Alberni and Burrard down through gastown, stopping at Nood, and down to 343 Railway street. We were pleasantly surprised to find that there were two sales on top of the Dace sale that we had originally planned on attending. The first sale was located on the first floor and there were a lot of samples all priced at half off! We couldn't believe how many men there were at the sale! They were all running around picking things up and trying them on, I don't think I have ever seen men that interested in clothes. I guess when things are half off though, we get pretty excited. I picked up three pieces from the L.A. label Tulle. You can visit their website at tulle4us.com. I bought a beautiful purple fall jacket regular $150 for $55, a beautiful cable stitch vest regular $65 for $10 and an adorable creme cotton cardigan regular $68 for $5 dollars. Unfortunately I didn't realize that the creme cardigan has sample written in black ink across the inside, but we are going to try and get it out.

Finally, we visited Patricia Fieldwalker's sale on the third floor. She was very friendly and invited us in to see the beautiful silk lingerie from her collection. She was also the only designer who had a fan ! All of the sales rooms were stifling hot. Patricia has been a designer for twenty years and has been featured in Vogue, Elle, Glamour and Harper's Bazaar. Her lingerie has been worn by Glen Close, Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman, Monica Bellucci, Rebecca Romjin, Christie Turlington, Demie Moore, Michelle Pfeiffer and Claudia Schiffer to name a few. If you have a chance to check her out, her pieces are magnificent!
All in all it was a great shopping day. I'd love to hear about your recent shopping excursions !!

The laptop bag is stylish, but I predict it will be awkard to carry long distances. :(
I adore the laptop bag! I would use it as a regular purse any day.
