The Japanese Fashion Paparazzi!

I found this video on style.com. It's about how many of the editors in the fashion magazines are more popular than celebrities in Japan! It's really interesting. Take a look!

Last weekend I had a wonderful trip to Tokyo and visited the Mori Art Museum and the writtenafterwards graduation exhibition. I will be posting about it later this week!

Haha, that is totally wild! It kind of boggles me that we don't have more non-actress (/model/reality star/singer/etc) fashion icons in the US. I always love when Sophia Coppolla is on the red carpet, because she's a style icon who doesn't appear on camera for a living. So rare!

Depending on the editor--I'd much rather stalk one than most celebs. I celebs are either being famous for being famous or actors--I don't really admire either of those occupations as I do writers--even in mags!

I want to go there someday.

That is such a cool video...and answering to your question I have always found melissa shoes quite comfy. I must admit not all of them are, it depends of the style (personal opinion). But I have had some very comfy ones which I would wear with or without socks. And some which I must wear with socks only! That is the case of the Vivienne Westwood one.
