Duct Tape Bags by Richela Fabian Morgan: 40 Tape Based Projects for Totes, Clutches, Messenger Bags and Bowlers.

This is a quick and easy guide for how to make all sort of bags, from wallets, clutches, bigger flap bas, shoulder bags, bags for dress up and bags for informal wear, so many possibilities for creating your own accessories with your own stylish, creative ideas.

As a teacher, I would find this a perfect classroom book for kids 10 and up, but also useful (with extra helping hands) for younger students. No sewing machine needed, lots of templates and photos and a step by step (not too many steps) for each project. Who knew that duct tape comes in such a variety of colors, textures and patterns? Who knew that you can find it at your local grocery, hardware, craft or even dollar stores? Three closures are recommended: magnet, snap and button, all easily found close to home. You could even find many of the supplies at your local thrift store. Each project is affordable, some are $15 but you could make a lot of them for less, especially if you used thrift finds or supplies you already have. There are easy to follow tutorials, just in case you mix up stripes or make cutting errors. Beach bags and shopping bags really appeal to me. Loved the style, gloss and infinite treasures to make, following Richela's format.

This is her 4th book in the duct tape craft series. I remember paper dresses and I think duct tape fashion is funky and appealing.
Highly recommend this guide plus the 3 others she has written. Find out more here:
